Who we are

HB Motorcycles will be the realisation of a lifelong dream. The product of a dad’s tales of biking's heyday in the 60s & 70s and his sons’ desire to experience and rekindle them today. A destination where your passion for 2 wheels can be shared with like minds, discussed over great coffee and relived through amazing footage and evocative artwork. Where you can settle the age old question of “Who’s fastest” on our retro arcade games or listen to visiting legends of the sport holding court about what it was like to do it for real, just yards from where it was done for real on the historic Carnaby Raceway.

Whether you come alone or come as a group, on a bike or in a car*, you’ll find someone here who shares your love of motorbikes & wants to know all about the first one you bought, the next one you’re getting and the ones that got away.

We’ve made it our mission to provide the kind of experience we’ve always wanted from a bike shop on a ride out. Interesting & unique bikes on display and on sale, Rock Oil lubricants in stock, cracking music on the juke box, a bike book library, an emporium of products you don’t see everywhere (gifts, models, toys, clothing, accessories, artworks, parts, memorabilia), cutaway engines to nerd out over, great refreshments, historic bike start-ups and basically anything else that goes with biking and motorbike culture. Come to buy or come to browse - you’ll be welcome either way.

We’re planning to have grand prix and superbike races on our big screens on race weekends and fully licensed Duke Video footage at other times, our own brew of Three Ridings coffee, guest bikes, guest artists, visiting attractions and almost certainly AC/DC on the speakers if I’m in charge of the juke box.

Not to oversell it, but we hope it’s going to be a bit special and we can’t wait for you to come along and experience it for yourself.

Oh and by the way… all this above? This is just the start.

Leave us your contact details below and we’ll let you know when we open the doors.

Looking forward to seeing you soon.

*or even on the bus! (The 131 stops just outside on weekdays).
